Working closely with the Landlord at Oxford Properties group to upgrade and renovate existing working space for a new tenant coming in.

The scope of work involved:

• Full demolition of existing space
• Built an open work space with two offices and one meeting room for the executive team
• New kitchen space, brightened up with gold finishes
• Total: 1,895 sq ft

OUR FOCUS

Focus Project Management handled and managed the construction process and smoothly transitioned from landlord work to tenant work.  Our client wanted to move to the suite and plans were to add to the scope of work two more offices, electrical, and lighting.

In this transition, we were able to find efficiencies in our schedule and deliver their space with high quality finishes.
