Working closely with the Landlord at Oxford Properties group at the Iconic Land Mark The Marine Building, located in the Centre of Vancouver’s Financial core. Focus came as General Contractor to upgrade/renovate the existing working space for a new tenant coming in.

OUR FOCUS

Focus Project Management completed this project with attention to detail, responsiveness and our management skills keeping the schedule on time and budget.

The scope of work involved:

• Open work space
• Total: 860 sq ft
• One closed office space for meetings
• Built in kitchenette for the team

 We focused on delivering a great space, while keeping the timeline and budget.
