Focus Project Management Ltd. was tasked to create a versatile and premium office space within their commercial buildings in Coal Harbour. The design showcases an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning waterfront views of the Burrard Inlet, premium carpet tile flooring in neutral tones, and glass-enclosed private offices with frosted film for privacy. The bright, modern aesthetic incorporates drop ceiling panels with integrated LED lighting, creating a professional and flexible workspace that reflects Golden Properties' commitment to providing high-quality environments for their tenants with a personal touch.
