Let’s start by telling a little bit about how Focus was created…

Focus Project Management Ltd (FPML) started in early 2017 with two passionate individuals with a vision of becoming one of the premier General Contractor in the Vancouver downtown core. After two quick years, we have grown to ten team members and a network of talented subcontractors completing over fifty small and large scale projects mostly in Metro Vancouver.

Our passion for effective construction processes and sustainability speaks for itself. As we continue to work we noticed one key advantage to our service: building a strong lasting relationship with our clients.

We believe that with open communication, mutual understanding of our responsibilities and interests, we are able to complete a project that meets your functional requirements and your expectations for design and quality, at the lowest possible cost, and on a realistic schedule.
