This tenant improvement project features a modern, clean-lined design that highlights Vancouver’s natural waterfront views. The space utilizes floor-to-ceiling glass walls with black steel frames to maximize natural light throughout the office, using frosted geometric film for privacy. The main meeting room is centered around a custom solid wood table, complemented by an acoustic timber baffle ceiling and integrated lighting. With its minimalist reception desk and subtle Pacific Northwest glass artwork, the design focuses on structural simplicity and practical functionality.
