Virani Financial Inc. approached us to execute the vision and design for their new office. Working with a shell space, the primary challenge was the tie timeline we were working with. They needed to leave their old office at a certain time and we were facing the beginnings of Covid-19, which gave us many unknowns of the situation in the construction industry.
